Our process
How it works
We offer two services: domain acquisition (we help you buy a domain) and domain brokerage (we help you sell your domain). Both use a clear, professional process with confidentiality and Escrow.com at every step. No upfront fees.
Submit the domain you want
Tell us the domain name you want to acquire and your budget range. Minimum acquisition value is $5,000. No upfront fees or retainers - we only get paid when you successfully acquire the domain.
Research & strategy
We research the domain owner, assess the asset, and prepare a negotiation strategy. Outreach is handled discreetly so your identity and intentions stay confidential (including stealth acquisition when you prefer).
Outreach & negotiation
We contact the owner and negotiate on your behalf. We work to secure the best outcome and can keep the buyer anonymous when required. You stay informed at each stage.
Agreement & Escrow.com transfer
Once terms are agreed, the deal closes through Escrow.com. Your funds and the domain transfer are protected; you receive the domain only after payment clears. Our commission is due at closing.
Submit your domain
Send us the domain you want to sell via our Sell a domain page. No upfront fees, no listing fee, no obligation. We review and get in touch to confirm details and next steps.
We find qualified buyers
We identify relevant companies and decision makers and reach out confidentially. We don’t list your domain on public marketplaces unless you ask - we use targeted outreach to serious buyers.
Negotiation & offer
When interest turns into an offer, we negotiate on your behalf. We keep you updated and only move forward when you’re satisfied with the deal.
Sale closes through Escrow.com
The transaction completes securely through Escrow.com. The buyer funds escrow; once the domain is transferred and verified, funds are released to you. You pay our 20% commission when the domain is successfully sold.
